The Trainer

Brandon Walker is a personal fitness trainer specializing in private, in-home training. He is certified through The Cooper Institute™ (CI-CPT) in Dallas, TX and has more than twelve years of experience in training, motivation, and leadership development. As a trainer, Brandon designs exercise programs for all ages and fitness levels.

The Assesment

After a free 1-hour consultation/fitness assesment, Brandon provides the client with a detailed report explaining the client's current fitness level as well as a customized fitness plan based around the client's needs and schedule. Once the plan has been agreed upon, Brandon will begin the coaching process.

The Program

Depending on the particular needs of the client, Brandon will design a program to focus on any or all of the following:

  • Weight Loss
  • Muscle Toning
  • Cardiovascular Health
  • Strength Training
  • Balance/Flexibility


  • Brandon brings all the necessary equipment with him to each training session.

     1-hour initial consultation/fitness assessment:   FREE 
     In-Home Fitness Training:   $50/hr 
     2 1-hour sessions Per Week ($10 Discount):   $90 
     3 1-hour Sessions Per Week ($30 Discount):   $120
